For a long time I wanted a bracelet, my son gave me one as a gift but it was too big so I went to exchange it for a smaller size, as soon as I walked in the store was greeded very nicely and the sales rep assigned me to the manager and she was wonderful she measured my wrist and also told me of the special offer they were having . I’m so in love with my bracelet😍

The associate was very friendly knew what I wanted and I was in and out the store.

I felt as though the representative who assisted me gave me all of her time and attention while helping me. I was unsure of the free bracelet that I wanted to choose and she was very willing to walk me through my options. She was very patient, incredibly attentive and pleasant.

I had the privilege of having dignelys (deedee) as my sales associate. I came in for one simple charm that represented the child I lost and left with not only the charm but a bracelet n earrings for my daughter. She was super sweet and very patient with me.

This store is in a good location. It’s always clean. Most important costumer service is GREAT ❤️❤️
