The staff at this Pandora store were extremely pleasant and friendly. They were willing to help with any issues I may have had. As soon as I entered the store I was immediately escorted to a sales associate that assisted me through my process of purchase.

The associate that took care of me knew all the products and was extremely nice friendly and pleasant.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by a friendly assistant. We were able to look around and easily found a big selection of earrings which is what we came in for. As soon as we started to look more closely at the earrings we were offered assistance. The sales assistant was helpful and showed us all the earrings in more detail and helped us make our choice. The earrings which were a gift to my daughter were wrapped beautifully and she felt very special throughout the whole experience.

Everyone is so pleasant and willing to show you whatever you want to see. I never feel pressured to make a purchase. I always feel like a valued customer!

Stephany C. Was an absolute star- she helped me customize my bracelet with so much patience and flexibility. She and the store manager both helped create a wonderful experience. The store was a bit busy and the girl at the front of the store continued to tell the sales associates to hurry along because people were waiting- I found that a bit distasteful as it seemed like she was rushing me to complete my purchase so that the sales associates can move on to other sources if cash. Besides that part, the experience was lovely.

I feel very satisfied with Pandora because they always have good stuff, they have reasonable prices and they always have new jewelry.
