the gentleman that greeted by the door was extremely friendly & courteous. He explained the process of waiting online & kept apologizing for the wait advising me that he didn't have alot of staff in that day. He made my 1st experience in the store memorable

I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because every time I arrive at the store, I am greeted in a warm and positive manner. I especially value the customer service rep Adriana Cardoza from the 1284 Broadway store because she goes above and beyond in every encounter I have ever had with her. She is personable and amicable but most importantly takes genuine interest in my shopping needs.

The sales associates were attentive. The sales associate was knowledgable. More importantly I was like a valued customer and as a person.

It was a great experience. I wasn’t pressured to buy something. I rejected applying for the store card and the representative didn’t pressure me to apply for it. She was nice. Everyone seemed genuinely happy assisting clients.
