It was very chaotic when I arrived at the store. Lots of customers, and not enough sales help at the time I arrived. I was directed to a manager for my problem and waited for her to be available. But then she was able to solve my issue in less than a minute! I then purchased two charms from another sales person before leaving.

I was on a first time vacation with lifelong friends in New York. I’m from California and wanted momentous from NYC. Christina was extremely helpful and courteous. She cleaned my bracelet and added my new charms. I really appreciated her very much for making my gold bracelet look new and beautiful. She made me feel differently about New Yorker being rude and obnoxious.

The price and the ease of the store flow with the lines. the sales women was extremely polite she knows her product. She was very patient and helpful with me making my decision.
