I was on vacation in Nyc from the uk . Great offers on in pandora although the store was extremely busy in New your city we were able to get what we required there. I also vitired the pandora in the Staten island mail .. the service was excellent we purchased 7 charms including the mickey 90 year limited edition , but found going to the New york shop that they indeed had different offers on disney charms that was the only let down and we didnt get the limited mickey bag as we purched all the disney charms in the mail and not nyc. The staff in both store were charming and friendly

I was visiting this store from the Uk and had limited time to be able to go in and get my mums Christmas present as she was next door with my sister. I was seen to straight away and had such friendly staff helping me. Even though it was busy (Black Friday) the staff were working efficiently and effectively. I had someone stood next to me with a back pack on that kept knocking into me so my sales assistant kindly asked them to move down so I had room which I thought was extremely caring towards myself. Very happy with the store and should I ever be in New York again I will definitely go back!

It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and I had to get a gift for a 50th Birthday party. The store had a 25% off sale and the line to get in was on the sidewalk, yet, surprisingly the manager was able to corral us into the store and in a matter of minutes I had made my selection and was on line to pay. They did a great job. Best, Karen

It was extremely busy when I visited (25% off so this is understandable). All the staff were unbelievably professional and organised. They came outside to speak to the queue and apologise for the wait. They had a brilliant system set up it was amazing!

The store was well organized it didn’t take me long to make a decision everything was so convenient and the staff wonderful and so welcoming

The customer service was great, I felt informed and properly taken care of. The store was well put together and kept clean.

The sales advisor was very knowledgeable about the products and offered very good customer service, she is a credit to your company and the store.
