All the staff were extremely friendly, approachable and treated you like a person not just another sale. When I visit the NY again this will be the Pandora store I will go to.

We went to nyc store and you had no merchandise 4 pairs of earrings you didnt have i had to go with the 4th alternative not one pair you had in stock what i want i went away very dissatisfied customer wasnt happy at all so i bought two pairs of earings i didnt really wont .
