The sale’s associate was amazing and attentive when helping my fiancé and I pick the right engagement ring. The manager however was rude and annoyed at the sales associate as well as I when we asked if I could get the diamond cleaned or if there was another one in that size because the diamond looked banged up

They were very nice, the only thing is that they dont have a lot of charms that i asked maybe they were sold out, i dont know but they made everything posible to please what i was looking for.

The sales person was very helpful and polite and professional she was very helpful and patient with me making my choice
