I came in to the store to exchange one bracelet for another. The manager there was very sweet and friendly. She immediately gave me the help I needed! And the sales Representative Damien was quite the gentleman and had such a great and convincing sales pitch. I will definitely be returning and shopping moving forward!

The associate Damien was very helpful and knowledgeable on the product that was available. He was also very friendly and polite.

The salesperson Bella was very attentive and pleasant. Informing me what was on sale and what was new in stock as well.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a “ Hello, welcome to Pandora”. I was quickly introduced to an associate who could help me with my purchase/exchange. The associate was knowledgeable of the return/ exchange policy and quickly resolved my issue. I was so grateful for the young woman’s service that it ultimately let me to purchase a charm for my bracelet.

It had brilliant service, walked in and served straight away by lovely girls. They got me what I wanted straight away and talked me through all the NYC charms and prices for my bracelet.

I had assistance from a sales member named Damien who was very kind and helpful. I don't like to shop in person too often because you normally don't get any help, and when you do sometimes the worker seems unhappy and rude. But upon entering the store I was greeted, and helped immediately. I found the item I was looking for instantly and even had a pleasant exit as the staff continued their courtesy nature even as I was leaving.
