I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and was partnered with Adriana. She was quite personable, greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was going. It didn't take her long to find the item I was interested in purchasing, and also offered me additional items to go along with my purchase. I had not come in to buy more than one item; due to limited funds, and I don't qualify for the store card, but she *did* offer it. All-in-all, the experience was seamless!
