Sales person helped me with fast and pleasent service. Helped when I mention a charm broke and gave adivce on what to do. Plus I always go to this store when in NYC.

Jennifer from the very start took very good care of me and my bracelet and necklace. She even went out of her way to redo my charms to make them look Organized and neat. She also made some great suggestion that would make my bracelet look even better. She also told me how I should wear which is way better then how I had it before. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very patient.

I was really happy with the kindness of the associate helping me find a ring in my budget and offering the student discount BUT it’s been one day since then and the ring is turning my finger green. $40 is not cheap; this is the first time this has happened to me (I own many pandora silver/rose gold rings only one other ring has discolored like this.
