The sales assistant Damien (New York store) was fantastic! Friendly and fun. He made the whole experience enjoyable. All 4 of us bought jewellery.

I was visiting the New York store by 33rd st subway which is well situated which made easy to find ,I was severd straight away ,told the Assistant what charm I wanted she found right away and she placed the charm on my bracelet she was quick polite an friendly thanks pandora.

The staff was very knowledgeable and not pushy. The store was well lit and was comfortable inside. The store had many options of brackets and charms I was very pleased.

Actually I've been studying in Boston to learn English for 2 months, so I was sweaty. However all of the staffs were definitely kind and friendly. They accepted my request to see typical charms very well saying like "Oh, You are so good at speak English. Don't be afraid. You are doing well"
