Well 1st at the entrance the staff was very attentive, then sent me to the appropriate sales associate to assist me. The associate gave me different options to my liking. Finally explained and compared several charms I was looking for.

Although the store was packed with customers the staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not rush me was very knowledgeable about the item as well as the price. I will definitely be back, THANK YOU PANDORA!
