The staff was attentive and willing to listen. They recommended items of interest and because of their engagement I purchased 2 items when my original intention upon entering the store was to purchase 1 item.

As soon as i stepped in i was greeted, the sales associate knew where everything was, and the sale was very fast and easy.

Once upon entering the store I was met with a friendly salesperson and her greeting towards me and my companion made us feel good. While me and my companion were looking through the glass for some charms another salesperson, Harry W, approached us and asked if we needed help viewing the items. Needless to say, he helped us choose the right charm for my sister, and afterward helped me choose my very first charm bracelet and charm.

I shop there often and the reason because the service there is a thumbs up. Never waited a long time and the assistance is awesome. Damien was wonderful and very helpful.. Hope I can get him each time I go.
