Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate (Ms. Jean) was very polite and kind to me. Not only was Jean polite but she was very professional and she amazed me how she knew so much knowledge on the pieces of jewelry she showed me. Jean was very attentive and patient while working with me and that made me happy.

Absolutely loved Damien F.! He was so attentive, personable, persistent, relatable, considerate to myself and my son. He should be very proud of himself as an Employee and as a Father! The conversation was great, he helped me select more items than I anticipated lol I hope to come back soon! Thank you! My son loves his new chain n pendant! 2. Just as we were wrapping up our conversation and purchase. I believe There was a woman with Blonde hair, not so sure my back was turned) who rudely called for Damien to take the next customer from across the store. We both paused for a second and continued our conversation. There was no acknowledgment, no apology, consideration or empathy to him as a co worker and to me as a CONSISTENT paying customer, from whomever that woman was. ( I have 12 years of retail experience myself)

1. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door. 2. My sales associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the merchandise. She knew where everything was. 3. This location had everything I was looking to purchase, and I did.

Genuinely greeted when walking into the store. Help from assistant, good conversation remembered from previous visit. Attentive then apologetic when another customer wanted her attention/ service

From the moment I got it, I was greeted and welcomed into Pandora. I was asked what I needed help with today and was pointed in the right direction. The sales associate who helped me was very wonderful, understanding & attentive of what I was trying to look for.

I was highly satisfied because of the way i was treated. Everyone was very kind. The prices are good. The music was great. Overall i just love pandora because of the quality of the merchandise.

The sales associates are always so helpful I love the stores cleanliness and always will return to that store
