I was immediately greeted upon walking into the store. I was allowed to browse without feeling hounded but Ivy was available as soon as I needed her assistance. I was extremely indecisive but she was patient throughout the entire interaction.

Store Manager and sales consultant was very knowledgeable with merchandise and advise on what is the real Pandora Charms and what is fake, especially if you purchase through another vendor.

Very friendly people, even won a scratch off, was told I’ll receive a msg about meeting a star from stranger things but nothing, other then that, got the bracelet clean and got the miss an exclusive NYC charm, 👍🏻

She knew the products very well. I asked question she had the answers.

It was one of the easiest shopping experiences I have had in the last few months. The displays made it easy for me to assess what my options were, and the associates were readily to help when I was ready.

The sales rep helped me with my replacement pf my necklace and was really nice and also gave me information on the stores personal jeweler for my other charm that needs to be fixed which is limited edtion so store doesnt have it

The sales representative was very helpful, and friendly. Sales rep knew what I was looking for and even made other great recommendations on future gift items for my wife. The store is near me which make it a plus for me. I will definitely recommend this store to others.

I love the Pandora Herald square Location. Just like each time I visit the Herald Square location, the staff is freindly and very helpful. Damien was my sales associate for this visit and he was wonderful. All the sales associates have a great vibe and professionalism. I also like that they are helpful to each other.
