The sales associate was very patient. He had a little trouble locating the bracelet I wanted but was determined to find it. I was very happy it was in stock and in my size.

Alexandra was warm and welcoming. She knew the products well and picked up on my taste and style quickly! She was able to show me pieces that I might like in addition to what I thought I wanted to purchase. I enjoyed my shopping experience even more because of her assistance. The associate was really friendly. She knew her products. I came in looking for a Disney charm but they don't make Winnie the Pooh in rose, so she suggested that I can do a rose bracelet and do a two tone mix and it turned out perfect! Love it!
