As this was my first time and first purchase from Pandora, I had little knowledge about the products. I explained to Harry that I wanted to get a gift for my 8 year old granddaughter. He asked several questions regarding her likes and from there, showed me several pieces I may like. He was courtesy, professional and knowledge.

I love the lighting of the store, it really does something good for the spirit. i love my hobby and I love coming to your store.
