I was helped by Crystal, she’s the assistant manager of the herald square store who had to help me due to being understaffed at the moment. She was amazing and helped so much while some how still being able to manage the store and employees. She was very knowledgeable on the merchandise and made everything easy for an inexperienced jewelry shopper like me.

Line went extremely quick considering it is holiday season. Was able to be attended to quickly in and out, i got exactly what i needed and left quickly
