Even though there was I line outside ....it moved quickly and was well organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

He made my son and I so comfortable , I thought I was talking to a friend and wasn’t shopping , which led me to buy more than I wanted! Haha 😆! I was on line 2 hours prior to closing on Christmas Eve. I was not familiar with Pandora as it is my sister who wears it. The store was packed and the line had about 20-25 people waiting outside. The staff was amazing! They kept everyone informed & gave out books to help decide your purchase prior to being helped. They did it all with a smile! None of the "we want outta here looks or comments" They were actually cheerful! The young man keeping the line organized was great!!! The store and shopping experience never got messy due to great staff management. The sales people were so patient! Nice to say that all of us on line realized it was our own fault we waited so long and were grateful that the store was even open! Thanks Pandora!
