The sales associate was very knowledgeable. She knew the item I wanted and she was very friendly. She put my charms on my bracelet which was very helpful. I love going to that store. The sales associates are doing an amazing job!!!!

When I arrived I was going to buy two charms. When I unclasped my bracelet, the clasp broke. The associate who was assisting me, immediately asked when I purchased. I said February and without any further questions she proceeded to replace my bracelet with a new one. I had no proof. I appreciate their friendliness and their trust in their customers.
