Whenever I shop at Pandora it's always a good experience. My family and co-workers are hooked!

During the holidays i purchased a charm and needed to exchange it for something different . I came to this location Saturday and after speaking to a women who said she was a manager i was Told i couldnt exchange the charm because it was past 30 days . I explained to her that it was gift and the recipient didn’t like it . She shrugged her shoulders and said “that’s our store policy” as if she didn’t have a care in the world. I didnt feel right about it and decided to come back tonight to see if i could Speak to another manager to see if my issue could be resolved before reaching out to customer care and just my luck the manager there by the name of Mariah was AMAZING! she was so patient understood my issue and helped me ! She explained it was past the return policy but that he understands and will honor the exchange . Not once did she make me feel like i was bothering her or just another annoying customer like the other manager did . This store really needs more managers like Mariah that are willing to help customers ! Definitely a big turn around on my outlook of the store after dealing with such a rude manager on Saturday .
