The salesperson (Allison B. #193741) was very helpful and professional. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but Allison was very patient with me. She showed me a couple of the jewelry and offered some ideas. Moreover, she packaged all the items nice and neatly. In addition, the staff in the store were friendly.

I purchased my very first Pandora Charm bracelet at Pandora Herald Square..my Sales Associate Robert was very knowledgable.. alao showed me various charms unique to NYC.I enjoyed my shopping trip to Pandora!
