I like pandora because the charms have a message for me ,I bought the gramma charm for my self and it makes me feel good because I am a grandma,I also brought a baby charm and a wine bottle and a bracelet for my daughter in law,because it is her anniversary.

I went to return the bracelet because I felt it was too difficult to open. The sales rep assisted me from start to finish. She showed me how to open the bracelet very easily & she helped put the charms on my bracelet. Overall I felt she went above & beyond because she was patient & took the time to show & make me leave the store being satisfied with my purchase. I’m happy Allison was the one to help me because I’m so pleased with my service I received & most importantly my purchase.

I came to get a gift for a friends birthday, one charm they didn’t have in this location , the manger called another store where the item was available, he went to get it , above n beyond customer service, love this location, friendly staff , excellent service.
