The sales associate Ashley was patient, knowledgeable and listened to my request. We were putting together two separate bracelets and she asked all the right questions to build a bracelet and pick charms based on the themes to fit each person - Ashley made the experience exceptional!

I was able to get a free bracelet with a promo. Just about everything I was looking for was available. All of the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful.
