Nathaniel was very friendly and did give me exactly what I asked for and he also cleaned my other three bracelets and charms. He noticed they needed cleaning and did so right after I finished my order of more charms lol. I love your jewelry. And the store was well cleaned as always. I go in like twice a year and treat myself to more charms
