During these presedented times almost all Pandora stores wasn't exchanging online purchases...We google the Manhattan location to ask if we could come to exchange and the Store manager said come on in and if I'm not here when u guys arrive just tell them I said u can exchange here..So appreciative of his kindness..TY Pandora!
