I entered the store with a good friend mainly to browse and inquire about a bday gift for my soon to be 12yr old daughter.. I ended up purchasing three beautiful rings inwhich I am very pleased.

My sales associate ALISON was amazing. She was the reason why my whole trip was saved from this rude and incompetent sales associate working along side of her. I went to go look at the ring display she was cleaning (not to browse, to just look) and she said “they need to be cleaned” and was very rude and callous. I caught her rolling her eyes at me when I turned back to look at her after I returned to Alison. she needs better customer service...
