I’ve been coming to this pandora frequently. The staff always greet and service you right away, never have to wait unless necessary!

Jessica was extremely helpful and kind. She was quick and answered all questions I had.

This pandora has everything you're looking for , the customer service exceeds expectations and i’m so happy you can still use the book to look at the charms or any other type of jewelry you're looking for. Many stores that i’ve been to they dont carry the book any more and u need to look through the glass.

The customer service was perfect they tended to me very quickly they made me laugh they made me feel comfortable the only issue I did have was I returned two charms that were given to me by an ex-husband never did they offer me to exchange it for two new charms. I did not know we can exchange charms until reading this survey

There is a Pandora Store in a mall near my home (10 minutes drive) I found this location extremely convenient for me since I have to commute into Manhattan for work
