When walking into the store Jessica was very welcoming. Jessica was very attentive. And she also called to another store to see if an item was there for me.

Hailley helped me select a bracelet for my niece from PandoraMe collection. She was professional helpful and EXTREMELY patient since it took me a very long time to alert my merchandise. I really wish PandoraMe had a greater selection of charms I feel it is too limited. But Hailley hula assistance really helped as she showed me so many options. I was just very selective on the charms since I didn't like some of them
