Staff was attentive and polite but did not hover. I liked we could look around without feeling pressured. As soon as we were ready, the staff was quick to respond and help. I like the merchandise but it is expensive. I realize I don't know the market well enough to judge, but for my budget I can get charms maybe once or twice a year. I don't buy other brands because I don't trust their quality and you have a one year guarantee. Love the guarantee because every now and then there is a flawed item.

DonnaV was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made shopping for beads fun.

I got help and was told about how to stack and what to stack it with if I wanted to. Although the first time I got a wrong size, I came back dn they fixed it to the right size right away. The only thing is that I can't get it wet so I'd have to take it off and put it back on.

The store manager assisted me. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely revisit this store.

When I walked in I was Greeted and It only took a few minutes or so for an associate to help me. She knew a lot about the charms and was overall very helpful.

The Atmosphere was so Welcoming and Chloe was AHMAZING, I love the smiles on Everyones faces as I entered the store. I'm a people person and I love meeting when I walk into a store and notice other people person as well.
