The sales associate Krystal M at the Haywood Mall location in Greenville, SC was fabulous! She was so patient and kind with me and I didn't feel rushed or pressured during my visit. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful considering it was my first Pandora experience/purchase. She was so helpful that I bought 2 bracelets instead of just the one I had planned on and I will also be returning soon to purchase the other necklace and charm I tried on with her help. Krystal rocks and needs a raise or at the very least employee of the month recognition! Thanks again Krystal!

Venus was great at assisting with exactly what I was looking for. It wasn’t many selections, but she was able to give me what I needed.

Ms. Donna V. was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I was looking for. She even advised me to look closely to the charms and the effects that Pandora puts on them as they are different when holding and examine up close and in person. She was extremely confident in everything she was saying.

it was very fast and kind service. she asked me what i was looking for and showed me some really great options. And she even let me try it on.

Keaira was SO wonderful & kind! She took her time helping me find charms because my other bracelet was stolen by TSA. She also took the time to print my receipts so that I can get reimbursed for my stolen bracelet. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me!! She went above & beyond for me & I truly appreciate that! Please let Keaira know how wonderful she is ! I just had an awesome experience with her!
