We walked into the store and was assisted by Berenice. She was very nice and patient with us while assisting us with the engraving process. We were very indecisive but she made the process simple and clear. The items in the store were beautiful and we enjoyed our experience at this store location.

Once I came into the store Gregoria was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and took her time to assist me since I was a bit needy. FYI Gregoria, Karol G new album is the best! I went back to get a charm that lost and was very important to me, I didn’t know about of certain products that I can use to secure my charms on the bracelet, thanks to the salesperson suggestion I got a clip to secure the charms.
