I went to the PANDORA at the west farms mall and the Black Girl Magic in that store was truly amazing all the ladies did an amazing job.

The products are beautiful, high quality Most of all I love the sales associate. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Love her.

Valentina was extremely helpful and she had tons of knowledge about a product I asked about in store. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable shopping in the store. This is the kind of customer service I love ! Makes me want to send everyone to the store because of how great the customer service was. I also had spoken with Jessica over the phone a few times and she very nice and helpful ! Seems like they have a great team!

I cannot say that pandora seems to hire the most friendly staff, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Westfield mall store. I interacted with two of the girls there, and they were very friendly and engaging.
