store was really clean. sale rep Ana p. was truly amazing. I had lost my bracelet over 6years, and I recently finally found it. came in for a cleaning and Ana had two locks engraved. it met so much to me, I had happy tears. thank you so so so much Ana i love it !!!!!

The store was had quite a few customers and as I walked in there was a rep asking how may I help. I got what I wanted, I was really impressed with the service.
