Buying on-line and picking up in the store is a very convenient service. I had other things that needed attention, like the replacement of a bracelet that I thought I would take care of while I was there. The Salesperson, Ismael provided friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. His personality and disposition to genuinely express interest in what I was looking for is rare in customer service these days. Also, his attention to detail in preparing my purchase inside of a gift box is second to none. This gentleman is an excellent salesperson and most definitely an asset to the store. Thank you Ismael!

I love this store! Doesn’t matter the day or the time, everyone is always super friendly, super helpful, super nice. I wish some of the rings were a little thicker like they look online. But they are still beautiful.
