I was coming off from a cruise and I wanted an exclusive charm. Sales associate ana explained that they were out of stock but said we could engrave. I HAD NO IDEA PANDORA DOES THAT!!! I had my charmed engraved and truly loved it. She cleaning my bracelet without even me asking her too. She asked if she could rearrange my charms once she was done she recommended e clips omg i truly had the best experience. Ana thank you so much you pimped out my bracelet haha
