Pandora Jewelry

The store is to small for the amount of traffic that comes through it. The waiting time is awful, and most importantly the associate was highly impatient especially when I stood in line and waited almost an hour to purchase items for my daughter. She was highly unprofessional and her knowledge of the stores merchandise was beyond poor. I never had such an awful experience in my life and I definitely won’t be shopping at anymore pandora stores. I also will be calling cooperate today to express my disappointment. If people don’t like working in retail stop hiring them thanks!!!!

The assistant wasn’t friendly when I came to store trying to buy gift for my teenage girls. She wasn’t patient at all.

I went to the store to look for a new charm but wasnt sure what I wanted to get. The lady assisting me was less than helpful, unwilling to show me options and when I asked for it I was handled a booklet. When I asked to see more options she rolled her eyes to another employee. At that point I told her that she wasnt being very helpful, to which she did very little to improve the situation. I will never go back to that store.

They were very rude...not friendly at all.I don't think they are happy doing their job and not well trained to take a good care of the costumers They should be trained to be NICE,KIND AND DO THEIR JOB WITH EXCELLENCE. I visit the SWAROVSKI store and the experience was amazing!!! a wonderful costumer service.

Ashley was very nice and help full i will return because ashley made me feel like i was the only customer in htere all her attention and spacial her interaction with my annoying SON was the best .Thank you Ashley M.

The associate Ashley that I dealt with was extremely pleasant.

The sales associate was rude and she forget to give me the little pouch bag that my bracelet is suppose to stay in. She explained that the bracelet should not stay in the box because it needs air to pass through it then she forgot to give it to me. I’m not going to drive way out to the mall just to get a pouch so now I’m just going to leave the bracelet out.
