Sales associates were not friendly or welcoming, did not allow us to walk around the store to look at things ourselves and did not offer many ideas for what we were looking for. We got bounced around from a few different associates.

We were able to walk right in with not wait. This was nice, even though the store is quite small. Kat, the associate who helped us, was extremely pleasant and most helpful. She was a complete joy. I hope she is working the next time I go back. Kat was patient, made our shopping fun, and an exceptional shopping experience.

I have brought for at least seven years at this store and brought at least 25 items. Store could not find me in their system

I came to the store to exchange some products that I purchased online. They were rude and not friendly at all. This is the first time that I receive such as a treatment like this in a Pandora store. I always go to Florida Mall and they are super friendly and well-knowledgeable. Super disappointed about this visit in Millenia Mall.

The sales associate that was there helping me acted as if she did not want to assist me. Her attitude was disgusting. She made me feel like I wasn't wanted in the store. Her communication with me was very uninviting.

Due to Covid-19 I came in the store and was ushered to one glass container where I waited for an associate to assist me. My sales associate asked the reason for my visit and I advised my mother’s birthday. The case I was standing at only had rings and necklaces but I came for charms so the sales associate proceeded to take out a select number of charms (one by one) that she felt I would like. Annoyed with not being able to look thru the charms myself I selected what she thought was ideal! Then she proceeded to pull out a booklet with all the charms to scan the ones I was forced to select I asked if I could look thru the booklet and she stated yes but the prices are incorrect nor do we have all in store do you still want to look. I proceeded to still look and she heavily breathed waiting finally I just took what she offered and left the store. Worst experience ever

My experience at this Pandora was less than stellar. I was greeted by a not so pleasant staff who did not seem eager to work with me or gain my business. I still purchased an item here although I wish I did not. Would not recommend this store.

Supervisor at this location is extremely rude!!!!!
