I purchased online for in store pick up and the store did not honor that purchase saying they couldn’t do online pick up orders. When I arrived, I had to pay again for an item, I already paid for. This I have paid twice, and not received a refund. I feel robbed

The associate that assisted me was very rude. Trying to rush me and answering the questions I had made with arrogance. I'm not a new customer and I was very unhappy with her services.
