The selection of Florida charms was very small. I bought a small leather bracelet, which I rather not had bought because of the size being smaller than the silver bracelet I have (21 cm). Later I found a mesh silver bracelet which I would have preferred.

Shopped in this shop 2 years ago. The assistance we recieved was fantastic. This was the reason we returned. This time the we recieved hardly any interaction with the member of staff who handled our transaction. We came away highly dissapointed. The product we bought my wife loves. But it felt like she was doing us a favour.

As i walked into the store i was not greeted by anyone. And when we were finally got helped by Jadah S. she seemed as if she did not want to help us or know anything about the product. I truly felt as if i was unwanted and made me not want to spend my time or money with her or this store.

During the visit the store associate did not communicate well at all. She asked for my license and asked if i wanted to sign-up for e-mail alerts (I thought). Turns out she was running my credit for a Pandora credit card. And when I asked what she was doing she said it doesn't matter you weren't approved. I said what! So I just signed up for a credit card and she said yes and stated again you weren't approved. Then I asked did she run my credit after asking for my ss# and I she did not answer. I was under the impression you needed my ID for the purchase. She was altogether rude and did not communicate well. I am absolutely upset about my credit being run without authorization. I am in the process of buying a home.

My initial service was with a young man. I was very dissatisfied , he wasn’t knowledgeable and he was very uneasy with providing help. He left me several times to go to a manager which was not visible. I was told no for the services I had been there for which was a size exchange and also I had 2 other items I wanted to exchange for something different. He eventually let me know the manager said I was lucky today and they’d do the size exchange but not the rest . I was told to go to the pandora at Macy and they would help. I did and I was told that the pandora store was supposed have done all my requests . This lady at Macy pandora took me back to the store and let them know they were wrong and to help me appropriately. I was treated unfair !!

Pandora offers PayPal as a payment option however my wife just didn’t like the bracelet so I try to return the item and it was a huge problem. From one store they sent me to a corporate store where they couldn’t help me either because they “ said since I paid with PayPal they can’t return it due to is not like regular credit card” I never heard anything like this nonetheless the only option i was giving is CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! To send back via mail… if this is the case Pandora should disclose this information prior to allow you to made the purchase. I will also contact PayPal and complain about this since I always used their service and never had any problems not even with purchases outside the UsA… very dissatisfied
