More than anything, I was disappointed in the quality of the merchandise that I was shown. I was interested in stud earrings, as well as the Reflexions bracelet, in sterling silver. The associate extracted the pair of earrings I had requested from a small compartment that was filled to the brim with a number of other loose pairs of earrings. In my opinion, they were quite oxidized and lackluster. In addition, the Reflexions bracelet that I was shown had visible signs of wear at the clasp, flaws that are not expected to be found in “under-stock.” I am disappointed that I could not buy the items for which I had stood in line two hours. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store to anyone who values quality in a product purchased.

I went to pick out a couple of charms for my moms bracelet, i add to it every year. The store manager and 2 associates helped me, all at once! They kept everything under glass and extremely bright light which made it impossible to see the detail of the item and take in the craftsmanship. When i asked for the tray to be moved up i was met with an outright NO from the manger and she stood behind corporate policy. I get it, security and all, but with not one, not two but three people on top of me, i could barely blink in the wrong direction. One of the associates came to her senses and provided a good solution, but you can see she was worried what her manager thought. I asked the manager if she was trying to make a sale or what and she shrugged and walked off. Not what i would expect from a high end retailer.

We were not readily helped and I know have to return a charm- we bought a few but one was the mother/daughter charm and I somehow ended up with two halves that say mother

Sales Rep wasn’t engaging with your merchandise. She just stood there while I look through the catalog instead of engaging with me on what I was looking. Very poor customer service. I felt like the sales representative didn’t want to be bother or at work. I have made several purchases from your store. This was a horrible experience. I am very unlikely to come back.

Attitude of the lady absolutely stank wasn’t helpful at all and was like she couldn’t be bothered, members of the team was stood chatting I will never come back to this store

I had purchased something at a different Pandora store, I needed to exchange it and had the receipt with me, I was unable to find what I needed and proceeded to get a refund. I was told I could not get a refund on the store credit since I had not purchased it there. The purchase was over $150, so I was told that if I wanted a refund I had to take it to the store I purchased it from which was in Orlando and I was trying to return it in Miami.
