It was not so much the sales associate I had a gift that I wanted to exchange didn’t have the certificate and the manager was just very rude about it like I was trying to manipulate or something it was the same charm but a different color and I am a new Pandora customer so it left bad taste won’t be shopping there again.

The sales associates were rude and not friendly. It’s like they didn’t care for their customers. Their tones were dry and they didn’t even form a conversation with you as preparing their order. They also stared at me, both females did as if I did something wrong which I did not like and made me upset.

I was there to exchange the broken charm on my bracelet the sale person said my broken charm wasn’t on the list that I had purchased that was very upsetting so I asked her why isn’t on the list she didn’t know

I had a problem with a charm which was a defect and the only way to fix it was going to be to cut my bracelet. Pandora offered to give me a 10% discount on a new bracelet which did not solve the problem. My husband was eventually able to remove the charm and solve the problem. We brought in over 35 charms,4 bracelets, clips, etc. to clean with the 8ntwntion of purchasing another bracelet, 4 more clips and 4 more charms. Bracelet was not in stock and salesperson was not helpful in locating a new one for me (it was available online), so we left with just four clips. We ended up going to another store and purchasing 4 charms and two clips and will not go back to the store except to return one set of clips as salespeople/manager was rude. They will lose all future sales from us.

The lady helping me was very unfriendly and unenthusiastic about anything. She seemed annoyed to help me purchase 1 small charm. I knew what I wanted right away and her emotion never changed and was not friendly. The other issue is the promotional gift for Pandora Me charms do not fit the charms. I asked the rep if anyone else had come in to complain about this issue and she gave me attitude, like I was doing something wrong. She grabbed a bag to show me and prove me wrong and was shocked to find it DID NOT fit. She then called for a coworker and manager to both try and neither person was able to make the charm fit. They all seemed very surprised but I was glad to have then acknowledge the problem and hopefully it'll be fixed by corporate. I would like a new bag that is actually useful for storing charms.
