The line was super long. Took almost 45 minutes to get into store. Once I was in, the employee had no idea about some of the charms questions I had.

While I was in store to possibly purchase my ring, the sales associate told me that if I apply for the a credit card whether I got approved or not I would have 30% off on my purchase. When it came time to purchase my jewelry she did not inform me that I would not be getting the 30% off until I asked her why is the total the full amount. I did not appreciate her not being honest with not telling me my purchase will now be full price and even more so that I had to ask her at the time of checkout.

The lady in the front was rude and very unprofessional. Sad that she’s not aware that because of customer like me she has a job!!!!! Need customer services skills.

Just very low grade customer service on both visits to the store not sure if it’s low moral …. I just felt terrible each time I purchased a bracelet

Waited outside for 30 minutes, watch the associates walk around the store and look at me several times. Watch the associates converse with one another in a joking manner. Finally when they helped us everyone kept looking at the watch, I had to ask are you guys closing or we interrupting you guys from closing. Was there with my daughter associate only shows one charm at a time, while we came in with a bracelet over several hundred dollars worth of charms on it. Associate act like we were going to steal something.

When we go to the store we are not able to walk around that doesn't make sense, because if you have, a amount of people in the store that it's safe and you have face mask, we dont need to stay stock in the counter. And also complicate the experience of buying in the store, it's not the same to see the item then see the catalog. In that case I don't waste my time to go to the store.

I specifically asked for a spacer/stopper for my bracelet. The sales associate identified the correct bracelet as mine but sold me the wrong spacer. She was very adamant that I could only consider certain pieces due to my not wanting the piece to move on the bracelet but to remain stationary. When I got home and attached it to my bracelet I discovered that it was not a stationary one at all but another like I already have that move freely on the bracelet. Not what I wanted at all. I don't know why she directed me wrong.
