The salesman tried to push down a credit card, and he told me I would have 10% off. I did the cc and I did not have the discount. Very disappointed.

The sales associate told me they don’t do 10% off for hospital workers in store and no longer do Id.me discounts. Later that day i went online and was able to verify an Id.me discount through the web page just fine. Also, they were doing inventory and I was told I could not purchase an item if it had already been inventoried.

I asked for the recipet to not be emailed because it was a gift. Then it was emailed anyways. I also requested the July charm and I was given the wrong charm and I now have to drive back 30 minutes to exchange it

I placed an order online for in-store pick up. I received an email stating I had 24 hours to pick up my item. I called the store and ask them if they would hold it for an extra day since I could not get there as soon as I planned. They said yes, they would hold the item for me. The next day I got an email saying that my order had been canceled. I had to start the whole process over again.

There was hospitable persons willing to help me but they were busy with other potential customers, and the guy who served me had completely ignored me until he associate told him to please help me out.

My issue is with the loyalty program. There is very little advantage to the loyalty program. There are little or insignificant rewards, it seems that the only value is for pandora to have the ability to send ads and receipts. I give you the opportunity to send ads, I buy a lot of merchandise, but there are no reciprocal benefits. Maybe, it’s time to move on from this one sided relationship. I’ll hold out for a response.

It took forever to go into the store. I had to wait an hour... and the salespersons just kept saying to me in one moment you can get in.

I understand that we had to make a line to get in. However, pointing you to an associate and asking you what can I get you, but not being able to see the merchandise that you placed on the wall for Valentine’s event was awful. I came in to look and to spend money. But I was limited to seeing what you guys had. I didn’t see any sets of jewelry or was told of any. I’m coming here to buy a present and not being able to see what you guys have is mind-boggling.
