Your staff look down their noses at people who only want to purchase one charm. This happens always in the UK and USA. They are sales staff who are there to serve whatever the customer wants to purchase regardless of the sale value !

Took a look at the stuff that was included in the winter sale. Associate gave my a catalogue that showed all the items that were included. I liked a few ones and all of them were sold out. They should have crossed the sold ones out instead of always saying we dont have it anymore.
