Sales associate was not very trained. I knew exactly what I needed and had a printout ready for the sales associate to take the merchandise out. Despite this, it took me almost two hours to get what I needed. They were all gifts but I finally had to tell her just to put everything in one bag and I would wrap them myself

Sales associates were busy conversing and not really interested in helping customers. I went into the store for a simple polishing cloth. They did not have any. Had to settle for an entire polishing kit. Needed something to clean my Pandora necklace or would not have purchased an entire kit. The majority of the contents I did not need.

The line to get service was too long and the wait was too long as well. Once inside, I would have loved for my associate to have shown me all the stage pieces around the store. Space was very tight in the store.

Very small location it was very hot I felt rushed as of so many people was waiting to purchase need a bigger store

Always an excuse to have the merchandise cleaned. Spend so much money and the quality of the jewelry is terrible

I purchased a charm for my mother as a gift, only to find out that the charm back in the UK is considerably cheaper than what it is here in the US. In addition, when I went to return the item at a different store, the sales assistant has given me a reciept that isn't in line with what I purchased, therefore the store wasn't able to refund me. So now I have to go to the original store to sort this situation out.

I had to wait outside until a sales assistant was free even though a couple of assistants were helping other assistants ! When asked to queue I told the lady exactly what I wanted and knew my purchase would only take a very short time.
