I visited the store to have one of my rings that mu son purchased for me on Mothers day that a rhinestone fell of, i didn't know there was not lifetime guarantee, well as i was disappointed that my ring is damaged with no opportunity to exchange or credit because is more that a year of purchase decided to purchase charms for a bracelet and necklace, I mentioned to Tayler about the promotion of the holiday gift to what she responded she didn't know anything about the promotion and she couldn't honored to me because I didn't have the marketing material, so i am really disappointed although i did my purchase I fell i didn't get enough or the employee was not well trained rt knowledgeable about promotions going on

Spent over $400 in the store paid for an upgrade on the free bracelet. Had to return $95 worth of merchandise did not fit my daughter. Was told that by returning the $95 I voided the special promotion free offer even though it was still over the $125 I was supposed to spend to get it. Very disappointed in Pandora or should I say the employee who probably pocketed the free bracelet I was supposed to get.

Everytime I go to the Millenia location they seem not so pleasant to approach. I felt rushed on buying my pieces they are never smiling or seem friendly.

Waited outside the store for about 30 min due to COVID as only a few customers were allowed to enter at a time. When my turn came up was asked how I could be helped. I told him that we were purchasing some items we called about. Associate asked for my name and went to get items. The associate then requested payment there. I was not invited to look at any other items or if I even wished to look around. After leaving about 15 min had passed and we were called and told we were given the wrong order and needed to come back. We went back and in reality what had happened was that they had accidentally put an extra item with my order. They took the extra item out and sent us on our way. They should have been honest about the situation. Will not shop at this store again.

I placed an order online through Pandora.com and I was sent the wrong item so first I was told that I can go to any Pandora store that sells and I went to a authorized retailer and they sent me to another location which was about 45 minutes away. So I go into the Pandora store at the millennium mall and I was told that I have to call the customer service line to exchange a charm that was sent to me and it wasn’t the one that I ordered so I still have an unresolved issue because online customer service sent me on a wild goose chase and nobody is resolving the issue
