The sales associate seemed as though she was u happy to be helping me. She was short with her answers making it seem like it was something I should have already known. I did get the gifts I was looking for but at this point I would rather just shop online than go to a store in Florida ! And I live here. I had such an amazing experience in a pandora store in Georgia when I went to visit my best friend. For the upscale mall this store was in I almost walked out with nothing but I needed the gift at the time I was there so I had no choice.

I first made my Pandora purchase in Mexico in August 2021 , my bracelet clip where you close it at seem to be breaking so I mentioned it at my last purchase . That sales representative told me to bring back receipt and the bracelet could be swapped due to 1 year warranty. When I returned with receipt another representative helped me along with her manager and the manager was rude, didn’t seem enthused to help, questioned me about my purchase even though receipt was very clear. She basically acted like it was a problem to honor the warranty. Once I mentioned something to her about her attitude and possibly reaching out to cooperate that’s when things turned around.

The quality of products seems cheeper . The lights are the shop were not so good . I did not like that the person could not take away some charms together at the same time . The glass of dirty and used and could not see well the charms .

At this store in Florida, the sales girl was very difficult to understand. I don't know how well she knew the merchandise, because we couldn't understand her. If you work in a store in this country, you should know the language... Very difficult.

The product is always beautiful and the selection great. My sales associate was not having the best day though as she did not attempt to engage in conversation was simply very transactional. The store was busy however so maybe she was experiencing some overwhelm (who wouldn’t?!) but, because this is a product that is very PERSONAL I expected her to be a bit more interactive. She had the perfect example of how to service a customer standing right behind her; that associate was having such a great time with her customer that the customer was smiling through the entire exchange. Sadly she also missed a sales opportunity as I do not own a Pandora product and was trying to decide if I wanted one based on the experience at this store ( I am privileged to celebrate my 50th birthday soon). I will make the purchase but it will not be with this store. My mother, who does own a beautiful Pandora bracelet, had a similar experience shopping in this location and I was hoping to prove her wrong. Unfortunately I can’t.

Salesperson treated me like he thought I was there to steal something. Every time I asked to see something, he would bring the tray and put is under the glass counter instead of on top of the counter. And please don’t let him say it had to do with COVID. I had on a mask. I have been in Pandora stores in the last month and this did not happen. I have been a Pandora customer for many years and have shopped Pandora stores across the country. I may be Black but I do not steal and don’t appreciate being racially profiled. Other customers were not being treated this way.

The sales associate acted disinterested in making the sale. She also acted like she got annoyed by me asking to see the rings in my size.

Me and my sister told the associate we was paying separately. She still rung them up together and then divided the total amount. Then we realized after I paid, I didn't pay my full cost so she changed the price to the difference. During which my sister tells her she will pay the full balance. She doesn't correct it on machine charges my sister 5 dollars and said balance. I said look we said she was paying the full difference she said we can run her card again. I said that is not the point, we don't like multiple charges. Next time listen to your customers. A lady with long blond hair walks over. I explain if a customer is with someone and we day paying separately don't ring them up together. Listen to your customers. I was almost hot in the parking lot by a crazy driver and then dealt with this. I told them both, I would rather go to another pandora not deal with a associate who doesn't listen.
