Was very full and it was difficult to see the products because of this.

the store is clean and organized, the service was good.

The customer service was okay, The store member was not very knowledgeable and not to pleasant. I did not see different cultures, they were all one culture.

I expected other treatment

I waited in line for 45mins and the sales associate was rude, seemed bother when I asked to see multiple rings. Then he sold me the wrong size causing me to return to the store. I went to a different location

The service rep was wonderful however, the 40 minutes that I had to spend waiting outside of the store STANDING UP was beyond ridiculous!! I have issues with my legs and feet that this only aggravated. The friend that accompanied me had back surgery and had to find a place to sit until I called her to say that it was our turn! I understand safety but something should be done to give the guests some sort of comfort while waiting. Many guests simply left because of this.

When I arrived at the store there was a line, when it was my turn the saleswoman asked me what I wanted without opening the rope or letting me pass, I said I wanted to buy a gift and she asked what, so I said an earring, that's all she let me in, I found it very rude.

Never available for cleaning it’s always 3hour wait or there’s not enough staff

I went to a store while on vacation. This was the most guarded store I have been into. They were acting like I was a first time guest even tho I clearly had my Pandora jewelry on. When I went to purchase i didnt know how much the item was and it was outside of what I wanted to spend. I asked the lady to make sure she tells people the price of things before ringing up. I looked for something in my price range for tbe day. I felt so embarrassed. I have money but didn't want to spend that much on vacation in a store I have at home.

I go to alot of Pandora stores and I just didn't feel the welcoming in this store in Florida
