Pandora Jewelry

Reception was a bit cool. I was dressed casually..sweatshirt, jeans & sneakers. Purchased 3 items. Presented my Amex card. Was asked for identification. Once I produced identification the reception warmed up.

The store was crowded with customers and ease of moving around the store was impacted

The service was kind of slow,had a 15 minute wait.

Sales assistant wasnt aware Pandora is now sold in the UK

It was a great experience for me. I have visited Pandora stores for a couple of years now but never purchased any merchandise. It was my 50th birthday and my son purchased a bracelet, charm, and ring for me. It was a satisfying experience for me because I was given one on one time to show me all the jewelry I wanted to see and not feel pressured or rushed to purchase. I really enjoyed my visit to Pandora at the Mall of Millennia.

The braclet that I wanted was available and the saleladies knew thw size that I needed. She didn't try to oversale the product.

It was quite a small shop and very busy so couldn't find what I was looking for. Sales staff were very good and helpful.

Standard service, staff were friendly enough but didn't go above and beyond also I asked if a charm on the massive marketing picture was available and was told the charm was discontinued around 2007, which I thought was odd
